在常温环境下,以Al2O3和Al(体积比3∶7)的混合粉末为原料,以压缩空气为工作气体,利用低压冷喷涂设备,在Q235碳钢表面制备铝涂层,讨论了温度、送粉速率及喷距对涂层沉积效率的影响、同时研究了工艺参数对涂层的显微硬度及结合强度的影响,得出最佳优化工艺参数为工艺参数在温度400 ~500℃、送粉速率24~35 g/min、喷距20 ~ 30 mm.
