支架材料在人工皮肤的构建中起关键作用,按化学性质可分为合成类和生物类.前者主要研究通过表面仿生技术开发具有生物活性的聚酯类支架材料;后者主要研究用交联或与聚合物膜复合的方法来提高胶原的力学性能,用化学方法对壳聚糖进行改性,提高脱细胞真皮基质的渗透性和血管化速度.新的研究重点为:支架材料表面与细胞的相互作用机理、制备结构仿生支架材料及复合型支架材料.
