采用柠檬酸法制备了固体氧化物燃料电池钙钛矿型阴极粉体La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_(3-δ)(0.1<x<0.5),研究了pH值、络合剂量、煅烧温度等各工艺参数对络合效果的影响.结果表明:pH值是关键因素,最佳pH值为3.乙二醇能很好地促进柠檬酸络合金属离子,同时适当增加柠檬酸量有利于金属离子的络合.制备阴极粉体La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_(3-δ)的最佳实验条件为:pH值为3,添加乙二醇,柠檬酸与金属离子的摩尔比为2,煅烧温度为1000 ℃.

Solid oxide fuel cell's (SOFC) perovskite cathode powder La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_(3-δ)(0.1<x<0.5) were synthesized by citric acid method. Many technical parameters affecting the properties of powder, such as pH value, chelators amount and calcining temperature, were investigated. pH value is a key factor in the experiment whose optimum value is 3. Glycol can be good for citric acid complex of metal ions; at the same time, appropriate increase of citric acid can improve the complex effects of citric acid to metal ions. The optimum experimental conditions to prepare cathode powder La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_(3-δ) are as follows: citric acid method, pH value of 3, adding glycol, C/N of 2, and 1000 ℃ calcining temperature.
