采用气流和热板两种方法对杨木和桉木两种速生材单板进行干燥处理,温度设5水平(气流干燥:135、165、195、225和250℃;热板干燥:100、135、165、195和225℃),时间取3、7和10 min。分别采用CIE L*a*b*系统和滴液法分析了处理前后单板颜色及表面润湿角的变化,并测试了不同热处理条件下单板的胶合强度。试验结果表明:热处理改变了单板颜色在a*-b*二维色度空间的分布位置;随着干燥温度的提高和(或)时间的延长,单板表面明度L*和胶合强度减小、而总色差ΔE*和润湿角提高。因此,干燥热处理可显著调控木材的表面性能。
Air-circulation drying and hot-pressing drying were applied to heat poplar and eucalyptus veneers.The temperature of circulation air was 135,165,195,225 and 250 ℃,while hot-platen temperature was 100,135,165,195 and 225 ℃.Drying time was 3,7 and 10 min.Color change and wetting angles were analyzed by the CIE L*a*b* system and liquid droplet method,respectively.As well,the bond strength of heated wood veneers was tested.The results show that heating process changed the color distribution of two plantation wood veneers in the a*-b* plane;higher heating temperature and/or longer time led to lower L* value and bond strength,while higher ΔE* and wetting angles.Hence,heating process can significantly adjust the surface properties of wood.
