以钨酸钠、三氧化钨和钨粉为原料,采用固相微波技术在700℃一步合成了钠钨青铜.X射线粉末衍射、X射线能谱分析表明,所制备样品为单相的Na0.76WO3多晶.低温变温电阻测量发现:材料具有类半导体的导电行为.此外,样品还呈现明显的正湿敏特性,500 W微波加热功率所制备样品在60℃、湿度RH 60%的电阻率较RH 30%的电阻率增加了117%.
