对武钢8号高炉炉体系统的设计进行总结,根据武钢现役高炉的设计和生产经验,对现役高炉存在的问题和原因进行了分析,对8号高炉炉体系统的设计方案及特点进行了论述。主要针对高炉内衬、冷却壁的结构形式及材质的选择进行了详细分析、多方案比较,其中对炉缸冷却壁与耐材的结合形式、炉缸冷却壁、风口带冷却壁的材质选择、风口组合砖上部至炉腹下部区域内衬结构形式等几个方面的优化获得了业主的认可并取得了良好的实际生产效果。

The design of WISCO's blast furnace No.8 body system is being summarized.In consideration of production experience and problem of service blast furnace of WISCO,the design scheme and characteristic of BF No.8 body system is demonstrated.Analyzing and comparing blast furnace inner lining,cooling staves structure and material,the combining form of hearth cooling staves and refractory,hearth cooling staves,tuyere cooling staves material selection,inner lining structure form of tuyere combination bricks upside to underside were optimized and ratified by owner.The BF No.8 body system is working well now.
