在某温度传感器表面喷涂SEBF（超强熔融结合环氧）防腐保护层，并将其用于木材干燥.结果表明,它不容易被木材中含有酸性的、碱性的、盐的介质所腐蚀,延长了传感器的使用寿命;它比铜、铜镀镍、鉻和不锈钢外壳的传感器使用寿命长;解决了木材干燥温度传感器被腐蚀的问题;该涂料无毒.
A new corrosion-proof temperature sensor was developed,the surface of which was protected by a special corrosion-resistant coating SEBF(Super Fusion Bonded Epoxy).The novel temperature sensor is used in the environments of wood drying. The experimental results show that the sensor coated with SEBF is not easily corroded by chemicals such as some acidic,alkali,saline etc.And so,prolonged sensor′s sharpening cycle.A comparative study showed that the life cycle of the new sensor with SEBF coating was longer than those with coatings of copper,Cu-Ni-plating、Cu-Cr-plating and stainless steel etc.Finally it should be pointed out that SEBF coating is non-toxic.
