针对采用SHS法合成TiB2-TiN的过程,从反应历程、原料配比及燃烧波速度等方面对合成过程进行分析,同时分析各因素对过程的影响,结果表明,反应原料中B/BN的比值及热力学和动力学等因素均对过程有一定的影响.
