为解决稠油污水膜法资源化的预处理问题,采用无机碳膜处理油田生化出水.研究了跨膜压差和温度对膜通量大小以及膜通量稳定性的影响.研究表明:经40nm无机碳膜处理后SDI小于3,悬浮物含量小于0.1mg/L,浊度小于0.1NTU,满足反渗透进水要求;最佳工艺条件为跨膜压差0.3 MPa,温度区间36℃～40℃.
