在假定金属纳米微粒是球形的基础上,综述了金属纳米微粒的基本表征量、结合能、晶格参数、空位形成能和空位体积的尺寸效应,提出一个形状因子来描述非球形纳米微粒的形状对性能的影响,并对以后的研究进行了展望.
