针对超级马氏体不锈钢Super-Cr13,研究其在150℃、CO2分压为1 MPa且有不同Cl-含量的模拟工况环境下的腐蚀行为,并与传统2Cr13马氏体不锈钢进行对比。采用腐蚀质量损失以及SEM观察等方法,对不锈钢的腐蚀程度、表面形貌和微观组织进行分析;比较高温高压腐蚀后钝化膜的结构特点,并分析讨论CO2和Cl-腐蚀的交互作用。结果表明:Super-Cr13表面能够形成保护性很强的钝化膜,可有效减缓均匀腐蚀和阻止点蚀的形成。
Corrosion behaviors of Super-Cr13 supermartensitic stainless steel were studied under the simulation working environment of high temperature and high pressure containing CO2 and Cl-,and with the traditional 2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel as contrast. The corrosion weight loss and SEM observation methods were employed to analyze the stainless steels corrosion degree,surface morphology and microstructure. After corrosion under high temperature and high pressure,the structure characteristics of passivation membrane were compared. And the CO2 and Cl -corrosion interaction was analyzed and discussed. The research shows that Super-Cr13 surface can form the strong protective passivation film to effectively slow uniform corrosion and prevent the formation of pitting corrosion.
