通过力学拉伸实验和扩孔实验对铌、钛复合微合金化低碳热轧铁素体贝氏体钢板的力学性能和成形性能进行了研究,以了解控轧控冷工艺参数和微观组织对其性能的影响,并分析了影响扩孔率的因素以及铁素体贝氏体钢的裂纹扩展机制。研究结果可为开发高强度、高扩孔性能的汽车底盘用钢板提供实验依据。

The effect of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process parameters and microstructure on mechanical property and formability of lowcarbon hot rolled FB steel microalloyed with Nb and Ti was studied by tensile experiment and hole enlarging test deeply. The factors affecting hole flanging ratio (extrusion ratio) and crack propagation mechanism were also analyzed. The experimental data afforded a basis for developing high strength and high hole flangeability automobile chassis steel.
