从特钢的概念入手，概述了新中国特钢生产的历史沿革，包括新中国成立之初的国民经济恢复时期、“一五”和“二五”期间中国特钢系统建成雏形时期，改革开放以后迎来特钢的大发展即装备大型化与工艺现代化时期。最后，讲了中国特钢在满足国民经济现代化和先进装备制造业方面的进展。
The historical development of New China’s special steel production was summarized from the concept of spe-cial steel. It includes the economical recovery period when New China was primarily set up, the prototype period of Chi-na’s special steel system development during the first and the second“Five-Year Plan”period, and the fast development period after the reform and opening-up policy which was also a period of equipment large-sizing and technology moderniz-ing. Finally, the progress of China’s special steel development in satisfying the national economy modernization and man-ufacturing of advanced equipments were described.
