建立了三角形排列三螺杆挤出机轴截面有限元模型,重点研究了三螺杆挤出机中心区的流动和混合规律。计算了中心区的混合指数、剪切速率和速度,并采用粒子柬分布指数研究了中心区分布性混合性能。在此基础上,从微观角度分析了单个粒子在中心区运动过程中瞬时的剪切速率、拉伸率和对数拉伸率等评价参数。结果表明,在三螺杆挤出机轴截面内,中心区物料的流动性较差,但任意时刻都不存在流动“死点”。中心区内运动的微观流体粒子处于不断重复的压缩和拉伸状态,中心区具有较好的混合能力。
The finite element model of a triangle arrayed intermeshing co-rotating tri-screw extruder in cross section was established. The mixing characteristics and flow rules in the central region were emphatically studied. The mixing index, shear rate and velocity of the mid-point in the central region were evaluated using the probe technology. Moreover, the dispersive and distributive mixing parameters, such as transient shear rate, stress, stretching rate and the logarithm of length of stretch in the central region, were evaluated from the microcosmic view. The results show that there is no the "dead flow point" in the center region. In the central region, the mierocosmic particles undergo the compression and stretching, therefore these particles have been well distributed and mixed.
