合成了N、N、N’、N’-四-(2-苯并咪唑甲基)-1,2-乙二胺分子(以BIEA表示)作为吸附型高效含氮有机缓蚀剂(AHNOI)。在HCl溶液中失重法测得BIEA对纯铁的缓蚀率为91.2%(浓度为0.0071%),与癸胺复配时协同缓蚀率为98.7%。极化曲线结果表明:BIEA和BIEA与直链脂肪胺复配均能抑制纯铁的阴、阳极过程。
Fran the amsideration of the mlecular structure of a corrosion inhibitor infecting its inhibition the N, N, N' ,N'-tetrakis-(2-ber~ziidazolymethyl )-1, 2-ethanediarnine (BIEA) which may be an adsorption-type h~ghly effective organic corrosion inhiitor (AHNOI) to be studied has been synthesized. The Inhibition efficiencies of the BIEA for the Fe and the steel respectively in 4 ml/L HCl at 50'C were determined as 91. 2 % ,when the concentration of the BIEA was 120X 10-~ml/~. The results fran polarization data have h that the BIEA can inhibit the anodic and cathodic process of the iron in the acidic solution.
