研究了207环氧树脂、酸酐固化剂、增韧剂及填料对绝缘胶性能的影响,制备了一种热变形温度达到250℃、粘度为50 cps、线膨胀系数为3×10-5的耐高温三防浇注绝缘胶。结果表明:耐高温浇注胶固化后无变形,膨胀系数小,有极好的抗开裂性能。

The effects of 207 epoxy resin, anhydride curing agent, toughening agent and filler on the properties of insulating cement were studied, and a high temperature resistance and three-proof casting in-sulating cement with the thermal deformation temperature of 250 ℃, viscosity of 50 cps and coefficient of linear expansion of 3 × 10-5 was prepared. The insulating cement after curing does not deform, which has small expansion coefficient and excellent anti-cracking properties.
