通过X射线能谱仪(EDS)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、纳米压痕、三电极体系法和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对Mg-1.0%Ca-1.0%Zn(质量分数)镁合金表面注入元素的含量和分布、合金的表面硬度和弹性模量、在SBF中的极化曲线、浸泡后的合金形貌进行了观测和表征,研究了合金在钛离子剂量为1.5×1017cm-2注入条件下在模拟体液(Simulated BodyFluid,SBF)中的耐腐蚀性.结果表明:对于钛离子注入的镁合金,随着注入剂量的增加合金表面元素的含量增加,注入的钛在合金表面形成TiO2层,合金的表面硬度和弹性模量增加,在100 nm深度处表面硬度达到最大;同时,合金的极化阻力增大,提高了耐腐蚀性能.
