胰岛素的非注射给药系统研发是载体领域的一个热点,其中载体的选择及栽体制剂的形态是研究的难点.综述了近期国内外关于非注射给药系统中胰岛素载体制剂形态的研究情况,总结了每一种载体制剂形态的特点,并分析了作为胰岛素载体需要满足的几个条件.
