以一种铌、钛双稳定化超纯Cr17铁素体不锈钢的热轧板和热轧退火板为初始材料,分别经相同的冷轧及退火处理,从显微组织演变、微织构演变的角度研究了热轧后退火对成品板表面皱折的影响机理.研究结果表明,与热轧后不退火相比,热轧后退火可使冷轧退火板的最大皱折高度和平均皱折高度分别降低37.0%、35.6%.热轧后退火有利于热轧板弱化形变织构、降低板宽方向的织构梯度、提高各取向晶粒分布的均匀性.进而最终有利于冷轧退火板减少低塑性应变比的{001}〈110〉、{116}〈5 11 1〉、{112}〈110〉晶粒簇,破碎粗大的{111}〈112〉晶粒簇并提高各取向晶粒分布的均匀性.因此,热轧后退火可显著减轻成品板的表面皱折缺陷.
The hot rolled sheets and the hot rolledannealed sheets of an ultra-purified Cr17 ferritic stainless steel stabilized with Nb and Ti were cold rolled and annealed in the same way,and the influence mechanism of annealing after hot rolling on surface ridging of the finished sheet was studied in terms of microstructure and micro-texture evolution.It was shown that the hot rolling deformation texture and the texture gradient along transverse direction were both significantly weakened by introducing annealing after hot rolling,and the grains with different orientations were more dispersively distributed.As a result,the{001}110、{116} 5 11 1、{112}110grain colonies with low plastic strain ratios were greatly decreased in the cold rolled annealed sheet.And the massive{111}112grain colony was broken up and the grains with different orientations were more dispersively distributed.Therefore,the surface ridging of the finished sheet was remarkably alleviated by introducing annealing after hot rolling.
