本文用蒙特卡罗方法在M_(340)大型计算机上模拟了Fe-0.45 wt-%C 合金的贝氏体预相变。结果表明,预相变期奥氏体中在位错塞积群附近存在着薄片状贫碳区,该贫碳区可达切变形核的临界条件,从而导致贝氏体切变形核。
