在不同的反应温度下,选用α-Fe2O3或γ-Fe2O3为吸附剂,使用VM3000在线测汞仪测定出口Hg0浓度,研究了气化过程中烟气成分H2S气体存在下,α-Fe2O3或γ-Fe2O3和Hg0的反应机理.实验结果表明,α-Fe2O3或γ-Fe2O3对汞转化有关键作用;H2S和α-Fe2O3或γ-Fe2O3对Hg0的脱除,非均相反应占主导作用,反应机理为Eley-Rideal机理,即气体H2S先吸附至氧化铁表面生成中间物质Sad,然后再与气态Hg0发生反应.
