结合实际生产，对宽厚板坯表面横裂纹、纵裂纹、氩气泡疤产生的原因进行了相关机理性分析，分析了工艺措施与铸坯质量的关系，采用相应合理的工艺优化措施成功消除了铸坯表面质量缺陷，完成无缺陷宽厚板坯的生产，成功开发出微合金高强度钢板及45优碳钢板，为连铸工艺研究及产品开发奠定基础。

With the actual production, generated reason about surface cross crack and armor plate and argon blister of blank has been analyzed of the relevant machine, relationship about of technology and quality of blank has been analyzed, rational of technology has been used and surface disadvantage of blank has been canceled, flawless flakiness blank has been produced, microalloy high strength AH60 steel plate and 45 high-carbon steel plate has been well exploited, foundation of technical study and product development has been dong.
