应用sol-gel法成功地合成了超细SrFe12O19磁粉.研究了Sr2+与Fe3+离子比、醇水比、预热处理温度和升温速率对粉体的形成及其性能的影响.XRD分析表明磁粉形成了单相的锶铁氧体粉体;生成单相SrFe12O19粉体的Sr2+与Fe3+的离子摩尔比为1.13∶12.00;粒子尺寸为43.2 nm~51.8 nm,接近理论单畴尺寸,使粉体有较高的矫顽力.低温预处理、较高的醇水比和300℃~900℃之间较快的升温速率导致了粒子结晶度和沿易磁化c-轴取向晶化的显著增大,这又增大了粉体的饱和磁化强度.
