以过硫酸铵(APS)、N,N,N′,N′-四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)为氧化还原引发剂,对功能性单体丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯腈(AN)进行改进的微乳液聚合方法的共聚,获得了固含量高达44.0%、总乳化剂质量分数小于2.0%的平均粒径小于50 nm的微胶乳.该微乳液较之常规乳液有粒径小且分布均匀及更优的应用性能.
