以La_2O_3、SrCO_3和Co_3O_4为原料,采用高温固相反应法制备了La_0.8Sr_0.2CoO_3(LSC)粉体.采用丝网印刷涂膜法在Y_2O_3稳定的ZrO_2(YSZ) 固体电解质表面制备LSC膜层,经1400 ℃煅烧,制成厚膜型NO_2传感器.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察其断面形貌.采用交流阻抗技术对NO_2敏感性能进行测试.研究了氧气浓度和LSC厚度对传感器阻抗值的影响.结果表明:LSC膜层均匀致密,且与YSZ结合良好.传感器的阻抗值随NO_2浓度的增加而迅速减小,敏感性能良好.氧气体积分数越大,LSC膜层厚度越小,传感器低频区阻抗值越大.
La_0.8Sr_0.2CoO_3(LSC) was synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction using La_2O_3, SrCO_3 and Co_3O_4 as starting materials. The NO_2 sensor was fabricated by coating the LSC film on solid electrolyte yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) by screen printing technique and then sintered at 1400 ℃. The cross-section morphology of the sensor was analyzed by SEM. The sensitivity of NO_2 was investigate by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). The effects of the O_2 concentration and the film thickness on the impedance value of the sensor were studied. The results showed that the film was uniform, dense and adhesive. The impedance value of the sensor decreased distinctly with increasing the concentration of NO_2, which showed high sensitive. The impedance value of the sensor increase with increasing the concentration of O_2 and decreasing the thickness of the film.
