通过对无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)管材料进行抗老化改性,探讨了主抗氧剂、辅助抗氧剂和复配抗氧剂对其高温热氧老化后熔融指数的影响.结果表明,抗氧剂的添加可有效提高PP-R管材料的抗老化性能.经150℃/1200 h的高温热氧老化后,未经抗老化改性的PP-R管材料的熔融指数增加了32.7%,通过不同种类抗氧剂的优化复配改性后的PP-R管材料的熔融指数变化率在8%以内,且母粒添加法比助剂直接添加法的效果更佳.

PP-R pipe materials were modified with different antioxidants and the effects of primary antioxidants, auxiliary antioxidants and compound antioxidants on the melt index of PP-R pipe materials were investigated. It has been found after 1200 h high temperature thermal-oxidative aging at 150℃ that the addition of antioxidants can ef-fectively improve the anti-oxidation properties of PP-R,and the Melt Flow Index ( MFI) of PP-R without antioxida-nts dramatically increased by 32. 7%,but that of the PP-R modified with compound antioxidants retained within 8%. Meanwhile,masterbatch addition showed a far better effect than direct powder addition.
