为了掌握宝钢2050CVC热连轧机在生产高强度板材时的设备现状，特别是在轧制国家急需的X70、X80管线钢、集装箱板等产品时轧机的负荷情况，对该机组F1与F4轧机的主要参数进行了测试，得到了轧机的轧制力、轧制力矩及扭矩放大倍数的实测结果，并对轧机的承载能力进行了评价，为该机组生产计划的制定提供了可靠依据。
In order to study the load of 2050CVC mill at Baosteel during rolling highstrength steels, especially X70、X80 pipe linesteels and container plate the parameters of F1 and F4 such as rolling force, rolling moment and torque magnification were measured and the capacity of rolling mill was assessed.The results provide a reliable basis for making production plan.
