N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPA)同时具有亲水性的酰胺基和疏水性的异丙基,使其系列聚合物具有优良的温敏智能特性和记忆效应,目前已广泛应用于药物缓释、物料分离、免疫分析、酶的固定等领域.聚合类型、多孔结构、尺寸大小、溶剂种类、工艺条件等因素对凝胶的温敏性能影响极大,为了改善凝胶性能,近年来,研究者们在这几个方面做了大量研究工作.对NIPA系温敏凝胶结构改性及温敏性能的研究进展进行了全面综述,介绍了相关机理并提出未来的发展方向.
