高级检索

镁及其合金具有优异的物理及机械性能,从而在许多领域得到应用.但其不耐磨性限制了镁合金在汽车和航空工业中的应用.最简单且有效的解决办法是在镁合金表面施加耐磨涂层.综述了几种新的表面耐磨涂层技术,即激光表面改性涂层(激光表面重熔/激光表面合金化/激光表面熔敷)、表面纳米陶瓷涂层和微弧氧化陶瓷基涂层,并分析了它们的研究和应用前景.

Magnesium and its alloys have excellent physical and mechanical properties for a number of applications. Unfortunately,magnesium and its alloys are highly susceptible to wear and corrosion,which has limited its use in the automotive and aerospace industries. The simplest and most effective way to avoid wear is to coat the magnesium-based substrate to prevent contact with the environment. The state of the art in coating and new surface modification technologies, which applied to magnesium-based substrates for improved wear resistance are reviewed. The topics covered include laser surface modification(laser surface remelting/alloying/cladding), ceramic-base micro-arc oxidation coatings, and nano-surface ceramic wear-resistance coatings. And the research and prospect are also analyzed.
