以研制高性能薄膜纸电池为目的,研究了碳纳米管加载量和球磨工艺对电池性能的影响.通过在纸电池正极材料中掺杂一定比例的经过处理的多壁碳纳米管(Multi-walled carbon nanotubes,MWCNTs),真空包装制成薄膜纸电池;使用计算机控制精密电池测试仪,测量电池的放电性能、放电容量等电化学性能;通过改变正极材料与碳纳米管混磨时间确定球磨工艺.实验测量结果表明,在正极材料中掺杂了2%(质量分数)碳纳米管的纸电池的放电性能最好.放电容量最大达到13.1 mAh,且正极材料与碳纳米管混磨30 min效果最好,放电容量达到17.8mAh.
