综合介绍了分子式为Mn+1AXn的三元碳化物和氮化物的结构特征、制备方法、主要性能和应用前景. 该类化合物为层状的六方晶体结构, 空间群为P63/mmc; 采用热等静压方法能制备出高纯、致密的材料; 单相材料具有很好的导热性能和导电性能, 有较低的显微硬度和较高的弹性模量和剪切模量, 可以像金属一样进行加工, 并在高温下具有塑性等金属特性, 同时具有高的屈服强度, 高熔点、高热稳定性等陶瓷特性.
