在RH真空处理后喂入钡镁锆钙复合包芯线对28Cr2Mo钢进行了夹杂物变性处理,发现夹杂物由片层状MnS夹杂变为颗粒状含有Ca、Mg、Zr的复合硫化物夹杂,夹杂物大小减小,分布形态由原长链状分布变为弥散分布。钢板横向冲击韧性大大提高,各向异性得到较大改善。
The SiCaBa wire was fed into 28Cr2Mo steel after RH in order to find out its effect on inclusion modification and mechanical properties. The experimental findings show that styles of inclusions were modified from MnS to complex inclusions including Ca/Mg/Zr, and the sizes of inclusions were small, and the appearances distributed from a long stripe way to a uniform and dispersed way. The impact toughness in latitude was increased greatly, and the anisotropy was improved.
