以粉煤灰为主要原料,SiO2、Na2CO3、MgO、CaO、ZnO、CaF、硼酸等为辅助原料,采用两步烧结法制备CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系粉煤灰微晶玻璃.通过差热分析、X射线衍射和扫描电镜等分析测试方法对所制备粉煤灰微晶玻璃的微观结构和性能进行了研究,并利用修正的Johnson-Mehl-Avrami方程和Augis-Bennett方程计算了粉煤灰微晶玻璃析晶活化能和晶化指数.结果表明,不同配方的粉煤灰微晶玻璃均为体积晶化,主晶相为副硅灰石,呈短柱状,为单斜晶系;副晶相为钙长石,为三斜晶系;在5组配方中,CaO/SiO2为0.33时,粉煤灰微晶玻璃的性能相对较优,Al2OJSiO2为0.19时,粉煤灰微晶玻璃的活化能相对较小小,析晶过程容易发生.
