采用无模板电化学沉积方法制备了具有纳米点形貌的聚羟基化3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩(PEDOT-OH),并系统地研究了氧化电势、聚合时间、对电极与工作电极之间距离等因素对PEDOT-OH纳米结构和形貌的影响.研究发现,随着聚合时间的延长、氧化电势的增加,纳米点的尺寸增加;相反则降低.通过进一步研究具有纳米结构的PEDOT-OH的表面性质和阴极电荷储存能力,发现随着纳米点尺寸的增大,样品表面的亲水性变好,拥有纳米结构的PEDOT-OH的均一化阴极电荷储存能力要明显优于表面平滑的样品.
