介绍了实验室使用两段式冷却工艺试制的600MPa级热轧双相钢的化学成分及相变规律,利用光学显微镜、SEM以及拉伸试验对双相钢的微观组织和力学性能进行检测分析。结果表明:试验用钢的Ac1和Ac3分别为785、940℃;经830℃终轧后,空冷10s到750℃,在750℃开始快冷至卷取温度(≤200℃),可得到室温组织为铁素体(86.5%)+马氏体的热轧双相钢,其屈服强度为327.1MPa,抗拉强度为651.6MPa,加工硬化率高达0.235,伸长率达25.7%。
The chemical composition and phase transformation of 600MPa grade hot-rolled dual phase steels, which was made through two-stage cooling process in laboratory, was discussed. The microstructure and mechanical property of the dual-phase steel was investigated by using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and the tensile tests. The results show that the temperatures of Acl and Ac3 are 785℃ and 940℃ respectively. After finally rolled at 830℃, the sheets are cooled to 750℃ within 10 seconds in the air, then quickly coiled to the temperature (≤200℃) in water, following the sheets are coiled. Typical ferrite and martensite(86.5%)structure of hot-rolled dual phase steels can be obtained, and its tensile strength and shear strength are respectively 651.6MPa and 3271MPa. In the meantime, the work hardening rate of the steel is up to 0.235 and the elongation rate reaches 25.7%.
