介绍了实验室使用两段式冷却工艺试制的600MPa级热轧双相钢的化学成分及相变规律,利用光学显微镜、SEM以及拉伸试验对双相钢的微观组织和力学性能进行检测分析。结果表明:试验用钢的Ac1和Ac3分别为785、940℃;经830℃终轧后,空冷10s到750℃,在750℃开始快冷至卷取温度(≤200℃),可得到室温组织为铁素体(86.5%)+马氏体的热轧双相钢,其屈服强度为327.1MPa,抗拉强度为651.6MPa,加工硬化率高达0.235,伸长率达25.7%。

The chemical composition and phase transformation of 600MPa grade hot-rolled dual phase steels, which was made through two-stage cooling process in laboratory, was discussed. The microstructure and mechanical property of the dual-phase steel was investigated by using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and the tensile tests. The results show that the temperatures of Acl and Ac3 are 785℃ and 940℃ respectively. After finally rolled at 830℃, the sheets are cooled to 750℃ within 10 seconds in the air, then quickly coiled to the temperature (≤200℃) in water, following the sheets are coiled. Typical ferrite and martensite(86.5%)structure of hot-rolled dual phase steels can be obtained, and its tensile strength and shear strength are respectively 651.6MPa and 3271MPa. In the meantime, the work hardening rate of the steel is up to 0.235 and the elongation rate reaches 25.7%.
