在水泥水化初期,钙矾石的形成对水泥浆体的流动性和流动性经时损失等性能有着重要影响.采用Al2(SO4)3·18H2O与CaO混合溶液法合成钙矾石,并采用X衍射分析(XRD)和综合热分析(TGA)研究了萘系高效减水剂(PNS)及其与葡萄糖酸钠(SG)复掺时对初期钙矾石(AFt)生成量的影响.测试结果表明,通过溶液法合成的5min试样的XRD图谱中已出现明显的AFt特征峰和CaSO4·2H2O特征峰.掺入PNS后,XRD图谱中AFt特征峰降低,TGA也表明AFt生成量减少.增加PNS掺量及PNS与SG复掺均会使AFt生成量进一步减少.这些结果表明PNS对AFt的结晶起到了抑制作用,增加PNS掺量及PNS与SG复合使用均会进一步抑制AFt的结晶.
