以聚砜(PSF)中空纤维超滤膜为基膜,哌嗪(PIP)为水相单体,均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为有机相单体,通过界面聚合的方法制备了聚哌嗪酰胺/聚砜中空纤维纳滤膜。研究了PIP、TMC浓度、热处理温度等工艺条件对膜的截留性能的影响,并用扫描电镜(sEM)研究了中空纤维纳滤膜内表面和截面的形貌。所制备中空纤维纳滤膜的水通量约为40L/(m2·h),对无机盐具有良好的选择性(对NaCI和KCI的截留率低于20%,对CuS04和MgS04的截留率高于94%)
Polypiperazine amide/polysulfone hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane (NF) was prepared by the interracial polymerization of piperazine (PIP) and trimesoyl chloride (TMC) on the inside surface of polysulfone (PSF) hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane. The prepared conditions were studied such as PiP concentralion, TMC concentration and heating temperature. The structures of both inside and section surface of hollow fiber nanofihration membranes were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The water fluxes of the prepared hollow fiber nanofiltration membranes to different inorganic salts are about 40 L/(m2·h). The membranes have a perfect separation selectivity to different inorganic salts. The rejection to NaCl and KCl is lower than 20 %, and to CuSO4 and MgSO4 is higher than 94 %.
