研究了聚丙烯(PP)在超声辐照作用下的挤出加工特性、力学性能及结晶行为的变化,发现适宜的超声辐照作用,可显著降低挤出压力、表观粘度,提高挤出产量,并使挤出物出口膨胀降低,表观质量有所改善,而聚丙烯的力学性能基本不变。此外,聚丙烯的DSC曲线及X射线衍射(WAXD)谱表明PP结晶结构发生了变化,β晶含量增加。
The effects of ultrasonic irradiation on extrusion processing,mechanical properties, and crystallization behavior of PP are examined. The results show that appropriate irradiation intensity can prominently decrease die pressure and apparent viscosity, increase output, reduce extrudate swell, as well as improve apparent quality without losing mechanical properties. DSC and WAXD analysis demonstrated that the crystalline structure is changed and content of β crystalline increases as compared with PP due to strong stress, shatter and vibration resulting from ultrasound.
