利用氩弧熔敷技术在16Mn钢表面原位合成TiC增强Ni基复合材料耐磨涂层.采用XRD、SEM等手段分析涂层的组织,测试涂层的室温干滑动磨损性能.结果表明:其室温干滑动磨损机制为显微切削磨损,熔敷层与基体呈冶金结合,TiC颗粒均弥散分布于熔敷层中.涂层有较高的硬度,在室温干滑动磨损试验条件下具有优异的耐磨性.

To improve dry wear resistance of 16Mn steel, Ni-based composite coating reinforced by TiCp particle on surface of 16Mn steel was prepared by argon arc cladding with pre-alloyed powder of Ni60A,Ti and C powders. The microstructure and properties of the coating were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Wear resistance of the coating was evaluated by drysliding wear tests at room temperature. The results indicate that the coating is metallurgically bonded to 16Mn steel substrate and the coating is uniform, continuous and almost defect-free and the particles are dispersively distributed in the clad coating. The argon arc clad composite coating exhibits high hardness and excellent wear resistance under dry sliding wear test conditions, and the wear mechanism of the coating is microcutting .
