选用15Cr-Mo钢,分别在300,350,400,450,500℃和18MPa下氢蚀不同时间,分析其高温高压氢中脱碳激活能和氢蚀激活能。结果表明,氢蚀脱碳激活能与氢蚀激活能接近,说明其氢蚀初期,氢蚀过程由碳的扩散速率控制.焊接热影响区的氢蚀程度大于基体.

The activation energies of decarburization and hydrogen attack of 15CrMo steel exposed under 18 MPa H2 and at 300, 350, 400, 450 and 500℃ for different time were evaluated. Both activation energies have similar value. This is believed that the hydrogen attack reaction is controlled by the diffusion of C-atom. The hydrogen attack in the welding affected zone is more obvious than that of matrix.
