通过拉伸、剥落腐蚀、晶间腐蚀等实验和XRD、SEM、TEM等方法,研究了单级时效和形变热处理对一种Al-Mg-Si合金(Mg/Si=1.15)的力学性能和耐蚀性能的影响.结果表明:经过形变热处理Al-Mg-Si合金(Mg/Si=1.15)抗拉强度和屈服强度分别为395 MPa和365 MPa,比经过单级时效处理(抗拉强度为339 MPa,屈服强度为280 MPa)分别高了17%和30%;经过形变热处理Al-Mg-Si合金(Mg/Si=1.15)晶间腐蚀敏感性低于单级时效处理的,但其综合性能比经过单级时效处理的性能好.
Effects of single-stage aging and thermo-mechanical treatment on mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of an Al-Mg-Si aluminum alloy (Mg/Si =1.15) were investigated by means of tensile testing,exfoliation corrosion testing,inter-granular corrosion testing,XRD,SEM and TEM.The results show that the tensile strength and yield strength of the Al-Mg-Si alloy after thermo-mechanical treatment are 395 MPa and 365 MPa,and after single-stage aging treatment,the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy are 339 MPa and 280 MPa.The intergranular corrosion resistance of the alloy treated by thermo-mechanical process is lower than that treated by single-stage aging,but comprehensive performance of the alloy treated by thermo-mechanical treatment is better than that treated by singlestage aging.
