通过单道次压缩实验,研究了孪生诱导塑性钢,即TWIP钢在800~ 1 000℃、应变速率ε=0.01~5.00 s-1条件下的热变形行为及其组织变化.结果表明,TWIP钢的热变形激活能Q=489.972 kJ/mol,在此基础上得到了TWIP钢高温变形的热加工方程;采用Z参数预测了动态再结晶的临界条件,得知:Z≤6.76×1020时,易发生动态再结晶,此时TWIP钢具有较好的热加工性能.
