以Ti0.32Cr0.35V0.07Fe0.26和Ni作为添加物,采用机械化学法制备了镁基复合材料.利用体积法,XRD,SEM,TEM,XPS,GC等测试手段研究了材料的吸放氢性能及其物相组成、结构、合金表相和体相性质.阐释了球磨时间、合金成分和组织结构对氢化性能的影响,探讨了复合材料的储放氢机理.研究表明:包覆在镁颗粒表面的微小的Ti0.32Cr0.35V0.07Fe0.26和Ni起到协同催化作用,球磨产生的大量纳米晶粒,都有利于降低材料吸放氢温度,加快吸放氢速度.
