为降低风力发电机的生产成本,采用电磁励转子代替永磁体转子进行电励磁风力发电机转子的开发、设计和制造,避免使用磁钢。开展了电励磁风力发电机转子绝缘结构设计、制造工艺和性能试验研究。结果表明:开发的电励磁风力发电机转子绝缘结构、制造工艺和绝缘性能均满足发电机设计要求,通过了真机型式试验和用户验收,填补了国内空白,可投入批量化生产。
To reduce the production cost of wind generator, we develped, designed, and manufactured an electrical excitation wind generator rotor to avoid using magnetic steel. The insulation structure for electri-cal excitation wind generator rotor was introduced, and its manufacturing process and insulating property were studied. The results show that the insulation structure, manufacturing process, and insulating proper-ty satisfy the design requirements of generator and pass through type test and user’s acceptance test, which fills the domestic blank and can put into mass production.
