以鞍钢中薄板坯连铸机为对象,在商业软件CFX44的平台上对结晶器内钢水流动和液面波动过程进行了数值模拟,重点研究了其所独有的3孔浸入式水口的冶金功能。针对3孔浸入式水口不同侧孔倾角和浸入深度,数值模拟对结晶器内钢水流动做出了较为详细的预报,研究工作就此分别考察了水口中心孔流量变化和钢水液面波动幅度。

Aiming at the medium thickness slab caster in Anshan ISCO, numerical simulations concerning fluid flow and free surface wave process of liquid steel in mold were conducted by using the CFX44, a commercial software package for fluid flow analysis, in which the metallurgical functions of a submerged nozzle, specially the submerged nozzle with three holes, were investigated emphatically. Detailed predictions on the fluid flow in mold and in cavity of nozzle working end were obtained at different sidehole angle and submerged depth of nozzles, and then the flux variation of liquid steel passing through central hole of the threehole nozzle and the fluctuation of liquid steel in mold were inspected based on above predictions.
