为了揭示在高温情况下防热复合材料发生炭化烧蚀时的详细热响应,通过有限元数值模拟方法实现了对复合材料炭化烧蚀过程的计算.建立了防热复合材料炭化烧蚀过程数值分析的有限元模型,主要包括内部热解反应,材料质量损失,传热模型,表面炭层剥蚀模型,并对某炭/酚醛复合材料的烧蚀过程进行了数值模拟.结果表明,材料的烧蚀是多种因素综合作用的结果,随着烧蚀时间增加,材料内部会出现热解反应,并且发生炭化层、热解层和原始材料层的分层现象,各层随着时间向材料内部移动.壁面温度随着烧蚀量的增大而减小,材料的炭化烧蚀有效地起到了热防护效果.数值模拟结果满足研究项目要求.研究方法对任意的炭化烧蚀热防护材料均具有适应性.
