采用高能球磨与化学分散剂分散相结合的方法,研究了球磨工艺参数及分散剂种类对微米α-Al2O3粉体分散性能的影响,探讨了配制稳定的微米α-Al2O3抛光液的最佳工艺条件.研究结果表明,球磨对微米α-Al2O3的分散有较好的促进作用,若加入分散剂共同进行球磨,在一定的工艺参数下,可以获得良好的分散效果.在球料比为10:1,pH值为10.5,球磨机转速300r/min的条件下,得到均匀稳定的微米α-Al2O3分散液的最佳分散工艺为:球磨时间60min,SHP作为分散剂且质量分数为1%.
