换能器及仪器参数设置不合理会导致超声相控阵检测成像质量差、缺陷识别困难等问题。为提高超声相控阵检测成像质量,深入分析超声相控阵检测成像影响因素,研究孔径、焦距及脉冲宽度对相控阵成像质量的影响,并采用控制变量法进行实验验证,获得相控阵换能器及仪器各参数对成像质量的影响规律,并讨论这些参数的优化方法。研究结果对优化换能器设计及提高相控阵检测成像质量提供参考。
The incorrect parameter settings of transducer and instrument will result in poor imaging quality and defect recognition difficulty in ultrasonic phased array inspection. To improve the imaging quality of ultrasonic phased array testing,the factors of ultrasonic phased array imaging were analyzed. Then the effects of aperture,focal length and pulse width on ultrasonic phased array imaging were studied and verified by experiments using the control variable method. The influence law of parameters of ultrasonic array transducer and instrument on imaging quality was obtained. And the method to optimize these parameters was discussed. This research is beneficial to the design of array transducers and the improvement of ultrasonic phased array imaging.
