高级检索

采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜、能谱仪和X射线衍射仪等设备,研究了铸态和均匀化态7150铝合金的显微组织、元素分布和析出相的形态、成分和结构.结果表明,7150铸态合金组织中主要为α(Al)和Mg(zn,Cu,Al)2+α(Al)共晶组织,并有少量的Al2CuMg相存在.在均匀化过程中发生了Mg(Zn,Cu,Al)2→Al2CuMg的转变,同时析出η相和与基体共格的Al3Zr弥散相.
