以端-NCO的聚氨酯(PU)预聚体与环氧树脂(EP)WSR-618为原料,制备了聚氨酯含量20%(质量分数,下同)的PU/EP互穿聚合物网络(IPN),并用不同含量的玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维/云母混合填料对其进行改性.考察了复合材料的拉伸、冲击、动态力学性能以及热分解性能,发现玻璃纤维增强复合材料的拉伸强度最大可提高4%,填料的加入使得复合材料的储能模量增大15%以上,热分解温度最大可提高15℃.并且,复合材料的性能变化与填料的种类、含量密切相关.
